A Cabin Creek man was arrested Monday evening after he allegedly hit a man with a car and then struck a woman with a wooden club at a convenience store, court records show.
Ronald Ray Miller, 22, allegedly drove a 1994 Ford Mustang recklessly around the parking lot of a Go-Mart at 15127 MacCorkle Ave. S.E., and allegedly struck Ronald Staten, knocking him down, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.See the full content of this document
