Summary
The Charleston Stage Company and the Clay Center present "West Virginia: Words and Music," an original play with music that opens tonight in the Clay Center's Walker Theater.
The show features monologues written by West Virginia writers intermingled with music of the Mountain State - some originally written for the production and others that are West Virginia standards. Some of the monologues will be dramatic, some funny. Some of the stories will challenge perceptions and stereotypes; others will be commentaries on life in the mountain state past, present and future.See the full content of this document
