Summary


When Michael Farmer first decided to run for student council, he did it because he wanted something different for his school, St. Albans High. Little did he know that his decision, and subsequent win, would be a big change for the Red Dragons.

"I'd joked about doing it before and one of my teachers asked me why I wasn't running," he said. "I just got tired of the same people getting it year after year. I thought I'd see what I could do with it."
