Stanley M. Gray Jr., 44, of Winfield, was traveling south on U.S. 35 when he hit a deer, causing him to lose control of his vehicle and travel into the other lane, where he hit a tractor-trailer head- on, said Point Pleasant Volunteer Fire Department Chief J.
