Wheeling Doctor Hopes Clinic Plan Takes Off
Wood hopes his clinic will be among the eight pilot sites for the three-year program that will allow uninsured patients to pay a clinic or doctor a monthly fee that covers unlimited office visits and a list of services. State regulators will begin meeting this week to work out details.
