Jolysa Brown scored 18 points, including the go-ahead three- point play with 3:34 left as Concord pulled the first upset of the West Virginia Conference women's tournament, knocking off No. 2 seed West Liberty 65-61 in the quarterfinals Wednesday night at the Civic Center.

The Mountain Lions (17-11) advance to the 3 p.m. semifinal Friday against No. 3 Glenville State, which ran to a 91-73 win over Pitt Johnstown.
