Free seminars on waterfowl hunting will be offered at National Hunting and Fishing Days, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 22 and 23 at Stonewall Resort State Park, according to Frank Jezioro, director of the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources.

"There are a lot of hunting opportunities in West Virginia for waterfowl, especially when it comes to goose hunting," Jezioro said. "However, the majority of our hunters are unfamiliar with the techniques and regulations that are involved. Because of this lack of knowledge, we've invited Joe Austin, president of DOA Outfitters, to offer his expertise on waterfowl hunting at this year's event.
