West Virginia University Tech men's basketball coach Bob Williams should know the way to Frankfort, Ky., site of the final three rounds of the Mid-South Conference tournament, like the back of his hand.
Williams has guided the Golden Bears to the tournament quarterfinals every year since the school joined the league in 2006, including this season.
