Six County Students Selected for Governor's Honors Academy

Summary


Six Putnam County juniors have been selected to attend the prestigious Governor's Honor's Academy at Bethany College this summer.

Hurricane High School students Deanna Boyer, Tyler Flint and Katherine Sams, along with Poca High School's Erin Jahnes and Winfield High School's Noelle Hadley and Alexandra Kirk, were among 180 students chosen for their outstanding academic performance and school citizenship.
