FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - One person was killed and another critically injured Wednesday when a man dressed in a white T-shirt and boxer shorts stole a van and a truck and went on a three-county rampage, apparently seeking pedestrians to hit, officials said.
The suspect, identified as Abdullah El-Amin Shareef, 25, was charged with one count of first-degree murder and three counts of first-degree attempted murder stemming from incidents in which five pedestrians were struck, officials said.See the full content of this document
