MORGANTOWN - The numbers tell one story about drinking on West Virginia's college campuses. Students like John Goodykoontz and Vincentia Ferrara, sipping from a shared pitcher of strawberry margaritas, tell another.
Statistics maintained by the U.S. Department of Education show that since 2001, a growing number of students have been charged with liquor-related offenses, both on and off campus.
