Kanawha County planning officials sent a four-page letter of violations Monday to a Sissonville woman whose property was torn up in a search for evidence from the 2003 sniper shootings.

County planning officials were called in after Charleston police and Kanawha County sheriff's deputies allegedly found a methamphetamine lab and other materials while searching Sandra Shaffer's property for evidence in the 2003 shootings of three people in Charleston and Campbells Creek.
