Police are searching for a man who jumped out of a car and fired shots at someone on Charleston's East End this afternoon. No one is believed injured.
The unidentified man fled the scene on Jackson Street at about 3:40 p.m. Tuesday with three other men in a maroon Chevrolet Caprice, a Metro 911 dispatcher said.See the full content of this document
