HINTON - One man was arrested in Summers County on Friday, after State Police and several other agencies conducted a sex offender compliance sweep.
Police arrested Can Mahmet "Johnny" Crawford, 34, of Hinton, for failure to comply with the West Virginia Sex Offender Registry Act.
