Summary
The West Virginia Bureau of Senior Services will sponsor its annual senior conference from April 20 to 22 at Jackson's Mill in Lewis County. This year's theme - "Aging Well, Living Well" - examines how senior citizens can improve the quality of their lives as they enjoy increased longevity.
About 350 seniors are expected to attend. Traditionally, Gov. Bob Wise joins the conference attendees for an old-fashioned ice cream social. Evening entertainment will include bingo, dancing and music provided by the country-western band American Highway. Workshops will be offered on nutrition, tai chi, massage therapy, debt consolidation, social security, the new Medicare prescription drug benefits and prescription drug interactions.See the full content of this document
