State Rehabilitation Services Official Speaks to Rotarians

Summary


The West Virginia Division of Rehabilitation Services helps people with disabilities prepare for, get, keep or advance in competitive employment, according to WVDRS District 1 Manager Jerry Carper, who recently outlined the agency's services to the Putnam County Rotary Club and announced that he would like to open a satellite office in the county.

"Rehabilitation Services began in West Virginia in 1921 as a program to help war veterans return to gainful employment," Carper said.
