Rep. Nick J. Rahall, D-W.Va. and Matt Erskine, deputy assistant secretary of the U.S. Economic Development Administration, announced $500,000 in grants to fund job program centers at Concord and Marshall universities.

The funds will be distributed during the next five years to create EDA centers at both universities, Rahall announced on Thursday at Concord's campus in Athens.
