Each of West Virginias 55 counties has a courthouse, but all are not created equal. Some are architecturally impressive, others unremarkable. Nearly all are in need of repair. One estimate puts the statewide cost of modernization at $300 million. In the latest installment of an occasional series, The Associated Press examines the Wyoming County Courthouse.
