Despite the falling temperatures, RV travel will continue to be hot as hunters hit the road in search of their favorite hunting spots. Hunters today are forced to travel further distances and well off the beaten path due to continued urban development and diminishing access to private land. For this reason, RVs are proving essential to outdoor enthusiasts. Plus, in most cases, the best hunting grounds are far from a traditional campground or electrical hookup. The hunter's best friend also benefits from the comforts that RV travel can provide, as it is important to keep your hunting dog cool or warm after a long hunt. The RV makes it really easy to bring the dogs along on hunting trips, says Thiry. "It's a lot more convenient than hauling kennels, and the dogs are comfortable riding in the RV."
