Summary


An East End fender bender sent one car slamming into a light pole on Thursday and another careening into a tree.

Dee White, of Charleston, told police she was heading south on Morris Street at about 40 mph when she apparently ran a red light at the intersection of Morris Street and Virginia Street East, at about 10 p.m. White's Honda CR-V slammed into a Nissan Altima driven by Sean Collins.
