Increased funding for the state's virtual schools is necessary for all students to have equal access to alternative, computer- based coursework.
"We're at capacity right now, we serve as many students as we can pay for. In order to have more students we'd have to have more funding," Pam Hoppe, coordinator for West Virginia Virtual Schools, told the state Board of Education on Wednesday.See the full content of this document
