A New York man was arrested Monday night in a vehicle stolen from a Mount Morris, N.Y., police officer.
Brian J. Kelley, 28, of Mount Morris, N.Y., was stopped while driving the stolen Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck by Charleston Patrolman J.W. Perry in the 1600 block of Horns Avenue on the city's West Side, the criminal complaint states.
