MORGANTOWN - The husband of a slain woman is suing a Morgantown bar, arguing employees shouldn't have let his drunken unconscious wife leave with a stranger.

Jeremy Terry filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Monongalia County Circuit Court against Novichenk's Bar on Tuesday. His 33-year-old wife, Christina Terry of Fairmont, was found dead in October, The Dominion Post reported.
