Twenty-one years ago, 2010-2011 Contractors Association of West Virginia President John Strickland, Maynard C. Smith Construction Company, Charleston, was welcomed into West Virginia's construction industry, an event that changed the course of his career.
"I was used to having the pistols up all the time," Strickland said. "I've lived in six states and worked in 22, with each job lasting three to five years. I was hired for the worst projects and they all got done."...See the full content of this document
