Huttonsville to Be State's Largest Prison

HUTTONSVILLE - The completion of a $17 million renovation project at the Huttonsville Correctional Center will turn the prison into West Virginia's largest with 1,129 inmates and create 85 jobs, said Warden William Haines.

The Randolph County prison currently houses about 890 medium- and maximum-security inmates.
