As state lawmakers hit the second half of their session, advocates for health-care reform hope a new poll will push them to raise the cigarette tax and to make fast-food chains label their menus.

About 63 percent of West Virginians support raising the state cigarette tax from 55 cents a pack to a dollar, according to the poll released Thursday by the West Virginians' Campaign for a Healthy Future.
