Frontier Sets Aside $250m for State: ; Money to Go for Broadband, Internet

Frontier Communications has set aside $250 million to expand high- speed Internet and improve the West Virginia's landline network - part of a pledge the company made earlier this year.

Frontier has put $60 million into an escrow account with Wells Fargo and established a $190 million line of credit with Deutsche Bank, according to a company filing with the state Public Service Commission this week.
