Summary


Southern West Virginia residents still dealing with the emotional aftermath of severe flooding last June can now turn to state-run crisis counseling and outreach services.

The Department of Health and Human Resources has received $165,000 in federal funding for the disaster response program, called People Reaching Out West Virginia.
