State Farm to Again Offer Auto Policies Under New W.Va. Laws

Summary


Citing changes in West Virginia's insurance laws, State Farm Insurance announced Friday that it will again offer coverage to new automobile customers in the state.

However, the company said it will not accept new homeowner or commercial customers until the Legislature makes additional changes. State Farm had stopped writing new insurance policies in West Virginia on Dec. 16, 2002.
