THE CURRENT Foreign Policy magazine reprints an eerie echo from the past. It's a secret 1967 CIA report titled "Implications of an Unfavorable Outcome in Vietnam." However, Kurt Campbell and Shawn Brimley of the Center for a New American Security made a chilling point by substituting "Iraq" for "Vietnam" throughout.
