Sgt. Eric Hodges of the Charleston Police Department said two teenagers got into a fight at about 8:30 p.m. near the 1500 block of Washington Street East. During the scuffle, one of the teens struck the other in the face, causing minor cuts, Hodges said.See the full content of this document
