Duke Energy Co. announced last week that it may build a mighty atomic power plant at Piketon, Ohio, around 50 miles northwest of Huntington. With several partners, it's exploring a plan for a "clean energy park" at a 3,700-acre federal site where the U.S. Department of Energy previously enriched uranium.
