AFTER PRESIDENT Bush was re-elected last November, everyone speculated the next four years would be somewhat different from the last four. While the changes in his Cabinet and the way we are fighting the war in Iraq have gotten a lot of attention, what many people don't concentrate on is the changes in store for education.
When Bush asked Congress for a $2.5 trillion dollar budget for the 2006 fiscal year on Feb. 7, he had the war on his mind.
