The Marshall women's tennis doubles team of Kellie Schmitt and Karolina Soor surprised the No. 2-seeded pair of Caitlin Whoriskey and Zsofia Zubor of Tennessee with an 8-5 first-round victory at the ITA National Intercollegiate Indoor championships Thursday in Columbus, Ohio.
