During past GOP administrations, the White House picked conservative jurists committed to a hard-right agenda. But National Public Radio says President Obama is different, choosing for diversity - "the first Hispanic on the Supreme Court, the first openly gay man on a federal district court, and the first women nominees who are Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese."
