FAIRMONT - When Carol Poe saw an advertisement in the paper asking for participants in a study to help people lose weight through something called "deep brain stimulation," she gave the idea some consideration but decided not to look into it further.
"It said participants had to have had gastric bypass surgery and still have 40 percent body fat," said the Morgantown resident. "I have both, but I didn't do anything. I decided I just have to accept myself the way I am."See the full content of this document
