Nearly 300 blackjack, craps and poker dealers are already in training as the Charles Town Races & Slots ramps up toward a July 1 debut of table games at the Eastern Panhandle track.
A total of 400 dealers have been identified, and the first group began training this week in temporary facilities at the track, said General Manager Al Britton.
