COLUMBUS, Ohio - The former chief financial officer at Ohio's $15 billion insurance fund for injured workers will plead guilty to federal charges in addition to state counts alleging he traded investment opportunities for gifts, his attorney said Tuesday.

Franklin County's prosecutor said the case against Terrence Gasper was just the start of an expected series of charges against people connected with the scandal-tainted fund.
