A West Side man was arrested Tuesday after police say he robbed a used-car lot sometime Monday morning. The man has also been charged in the theft of the historic Fernbank School bell in South Hills.
Michael Matthew Phillips, 23, with the help of others, broke the front window of David Saul Auto on 1500 Kanawha Blvd. W. and stole three cars and several thousand dollars' worth of tools and computers, police said.See the full content of this document
