PHILADELPHIA - In the nearly 20 years since their daughter was raped and killed in her dorm room at Lehigh University, Jeanne Clery's parents have fought to make sure that colleges report campus crimes.
While a 1990 federal law mandates campus crime reporting, many universities don't fully meet the requirements, especially when it comes to sexual assaults, the Clerys and other victim advocates say.See the full content of this document
