Dear Amy: How do you decide whether to have more than one child? I have been married for six years, and we have a 3-year-old son. My husband has a 16-year-old daughter whom we see a few times a month. Because there is such a huge age difference, I would like to have another child to be closer in age to my son.
My husband thinks that we are fortunate to have a healthy son (we had to go to a specialist to help us conceive) and should not have any more children - unless it happens naturally.See the full content of this document
